Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Graystone or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Free shipping is for US Mainland only. AK, HI, PR, outlying US coastal islands and US territories will not ship for free. If an order is placed from one of these locations we will calculate shipping and contact you for approval of the additional charge or cancellation of the order.
Free Shipping items will ship by the cheapest carrier, usually UPS Ground, UPS Freight, or USPS depending on the weight. Expedited shipping is simply not available on many large or heavy items and will be shipped the least expensive way regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout unless special arrangements are made prior to the order.
Free shipping is limited to $150. Orders shipping by freight to many western states may exceed $150.00 and Graystone will calculate and contact you with any cost of any additional shipping prior to sending out your order. This surcharge is most common on large pond liners, pond kits, and resin or stone fountain kits. At that time you may provide payment information for any amount over $150.00 or you may opt to have the order cancelled. If cancelled the full amount paid will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
NOTE: Freight shipments require a valid phone number so the company may call to set up a delivery date. An adult must be available at the time of delivery to unload the item and sign for the shipment. With advanced notice freight shipments can be held for a short duration at the nearest facility for you to pickup.
