This item must ship by freight due to its size and in spite of its very light weight. Free shipping on large and light items is limited to $150.

Shipping by freight to many western states may exceed $150.00 and Graystone will calculate and contact you with any cost of shipping prior to sending out your order. At that time you may provide payment information for any amount over $150.00 or you may opt to have the order cancelled and the amount paid refunded to your credit card used for the purchase.

NOTE: Freight shipments require a valid phone number so the company may call to set up a delivery date. An adult must be available at the time of delivery to unload the item and sign for the shipment. With advanced notice freight shipments can be held for a short duration at the nearest facility for you to pickup.

Please contact us with any questions and doing so prior to placing your order is always a good idea. Thanks again for your interest and we look forward to assisting you further.
