Instructions for Assembly (DM4 Shown)

1.Assemble 6" rubber membrane diffusers to the manifold. Snug by hand only.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

2. Install barbed fitting into manifold assembly. Select fitting based on tubing size being used.

3. Secure assembly to underlay plate with supplied zip ties. Be sure to run the end of the zip tie through the correct side as shown.

4. Slide hose clamp back over tubing and fasten with regular screwdriver or nut driver.

5. Slide hose clamp back over tub- ing and fasten with screwdriver or nut driver.

6. Attach strain relief fitting to the underlay plate.

7. Attach 3 to 5 lbs. weight to the underlay plate. Bricks, steel pipe or rebar are common choices for this (not included). These can be secured to the underlay plate using the extra holes or drilling more if desired.

8. To install diffuser, loop a rope around the plate and insert in supplied grooves. Lower the diffuser assembly to the pond bottom using the rope to assist.

9. Once in place on the pond bottom, let go of one end of the rope and pull the other end until free to retrieve the rope.
