Unplug unit and remove the 4 screws from the bottom housing of the compressor.

Remove the three nuts that hold the diaphragm to the base.

Remove the diaphragm from compressor leaving the air tubes. Inspect magnets and clean if needed.

Install new diaphragm with air outlets to the bottom. Be sure “X’s” are up as shown.

Match the air outlets to the air tubes and re-install screws. Tubing length may vary from image. It is OK to trim tubing as long as it does not kink and block flow.

Re-install screws into compressor housing.
