Unplug unit and remove the 4 screws from the bottom housing of the compressor.

Remove the three nuts that hold the diaphragm to the base.

Remove the diaphragm from compressor. Carefully lift straight up to avoid damaging threaded posts.

Inspect magnets and clean if needed.

Install replacement diaphragm and re-install nuts.

Re-install screws into compressor housing.
